My weight has been the bane of my life since I can remember, right now I'm the heaviest I've ever been and it's time for me to do something about it. In the past I've had failed and successful attempts when losing weight. This time I really want it to be a success, that's why I'm starting a series on my blog and YouTube channel. I think they will help me stay on track and hopefully, at some point be helpful to others embarking on a weight loss journey.
